  My transformer went out on my furnace and I didn’t have time to get one from a parts dealer before they closed for the day. I stopped in at Janssens to see if they had a transformer I could purchase because it was going to be below zero that evening. Mike told me to follow him and he went in back and gave me 2 transformers and said “take them, NO CHARGE!”. I told him I would pay him and he insisted there was no charge. It’s hometown customer service like that which makes you want to go there for all your HVAC needs. Thanks Mike!

  Showed up quick and had control board for furnace replaced in half hour. Couldn't ask for better service.
