This has been a fine company to deal with.  From the ease of making an appointment, and to the actual appointment, communication has been great.  A nice text with a photo of the technician (Shawn), showed up to announce he was on his way.  Shawn was pleasant and graciously crawled up into the attic to work on my furnace.  He repaired the system and now I can enjoy a warm house again.  I definitely recommend this company and thought the prices were very reasonable too.  Laurie

My dealings with Heather on the phone were professional, clear and uncluttered; I knew what to expect.  My tech, Loc, arrived inside the range I was told to expect.  He was masked up, courteous and got right to business.  He pointed out some irregularities with my gas furnace, looked at my thermostat and made what seem like reasonable recommendations which I will be following.  I was happy to pay the bill for diagnosis and replacing the $.12 fuse and we’re back in business!  I’ll definitely use this company when we go to replace the furnace.  No reason for four stars instead of five, there’s always room to improve; I just didn’t see any.

This is the second time using Mercurio’s and once again I was pleased with their technicians and service. They provide great communication, follow up and answered all of my questions while explaining the service done during my appointment. I had David, Tim and Thomas provide the services today and all 3 of them were great! They provided a very positive customer experience and highly recommend them.

I'm so happy he was able to find what my last technician from a different company missed. He showed me pictures of what needed to either be replaced or cleaned and explained what years of dust and gunk can do to my system.  Friendly and talkative but also thoroughly checked everything out with my furnace.  Great experience!

Our furnace failed us after hours (of course) with temperatures in the 30s (of course). Mercurio's after-hours tech, Thom, called me shortly after I called the dispatcher and was super-friendly, professional and a great listener, both on the phone and in person when he showed up only 30 minutes later. He explained everything that he was doing, testing each component one-by-one until the issue was pinpointed, a failed pressure switch. He promptly replaced it, the heater was working again, and he was on his way, but not before he first informed me of the company's maintenance plan, which was able to cut down my current bill considerably. I couldn't have been happier with the service we received.

I came home from vacation on a late Saturday night to find that my heat had gone out and my house felt like a walk-in refrigerator (47 degrees inside is not OK).
On Sunday morning I checked for a local emergency service, and Mercurio's had a live (and friendly!) person answer the phone. She wasn't sure that a tech would be available, but Rob called within 20 minutes and was able to schedule an appointment before 1 PM that day. Awesome! Someone else's canceled appointment actually had him here by 10:45 so I felt really fortunate.
Rob was great. Professional, courteous, and able to find the root cause that left me feeling secure that the issue won't repeat itself.

I woke up in the morning to all of my smoke alarms blaring out. The blower motor in my electric furnace froze up and overheated. When the fire department came out they tore into my furnace to make sure it was safe. The whole house smelled of burnt electrical wire. I called Mercurio’s Heating and they dispatched a tech for the same afternoon. The Technician (Rob) had no trouble figuring out the problem. He also did a full evaluation of the system to be sure everything that could have been damaged was safe and in good working order. In a matter of a few hours Rob replaced the defective motor and tested everything again to make sure the system was working properly. He did a great job putting everything back together after the fire department pulled it apart. Rob was very competent and professional. I will have no problem recommending him for any furnace maintenance or repair work.

Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest winter days. We called Mercuro's early on New Year's Eve and were so grateful they were able to send someone out right away. The service personnel were prompt, professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They provided a temporary fix to keep our home warm until a part could be ordered and replaced.
