  Mehl Mechanical is amazing! Our AC stopped working in the middle of triple-digit weather. We tried to manage the indoor temp by opening windows but the air quality was so poor from the smoke of nearby fires, we all had coughs and felt crummy. My two-year old was going to bed each night in a room that was 90+ degrees and there was nothing I could do but point a fan at his crib. Out of every business that I called and shared my story with, Mehl Mechanical was the only business that took the matter seriously and recognized the urgency in getting out to us. I called on a Monday, they showed up on a Tuesday and repaired our AC within the hour. I'm 99% sure that they had to squeeze us in during their lunch break but they didn't complain once. They were thorough, professional, and took the time to explain what they fixed. I will forever be grateful to them. There are lots of businesses out there that are interested in making money at your expense. Working with Mehl Mechanical was a nice reminder that there are still good people out there who are ethical and trustworthy.

  If you are looking to get your AC unit up and running right away, Mhel Mechanical is definitely Not the Contractor you want. Like other reviews said he was assigned through my Home Warranty AHS and I will request for future repairs not to have this guy service my AC. It has taken the guy about 2 weeks to get my AC running again, he never returns any messages and has the worst customer service. Read reviews before this guy comes out for any Repairs. This is the 2nd service request that AHS sent this guy out and there will not be a 3rd time. Yes this is the right Mehl mechanical and your reviews reflect your company!

  This guy is funny.. says we "don't return calls" but yet his voicemail box is permanently full and we can't leave a message, tried many times and it's always full. As far as your repair Francisco; you were informed and so was your tenant that the part was a factory order part and there is delays due to the Covid crisis. leaving a one star review before the job is even done isn't going to get that part here any faster. If you want your part faster why don't you contact your home warranty and suggest they expedite it for you. Let me know how that works out for ya! Acting like we have something to do with the part delay and leaving this nonsense review will surely get my attention but probably not in the way you hoped.

  Iv had the pleasure of working with this company a few times and feel they deserve my time in writing a review. They are absolutely amazing! The owner Scott is very professional, very knowledgable, up front and honest, does the work needed promptly and does it well, he's very clean, and as a woman I feel very comfortable with him in my home when my husband isn't home or even if I wasn't home at all. His son is apprenticing with him and is a very nice young man, and its great to see a family owned company teaching the next generation the family trade. Scott returns calls very quickly and gets you in as soon as possible. We first used them in the peak of the Manteca summer heat, and even though his schedule was booked weeks out, he called me the first chance he had a few extra minutes to stop by and got me in within days, ordered the needed parts immediately, and had me back up in running very fast and it was a big job! This time I was having an issue with my heater that wouldn't start up, I called him Monday and he got me in the very next morning and got everything fixed up and running in a matter of minutes. Very great company, THAT DOESNT NICKLE AND DIME YOU! He's very honest! I would recommend this company to everyone and I plan on using them for as long as they are still in business, which hopefully is for many years to come! Thank you Scott!
