I am a long time customer of McLoughlin. They installed a new bathroom in my house as well as doing plumbing repairs over the years. The service is excellent. You receive a prompt response, very professional and skilled service and the service persons always treat your home with the utmost care. They repaired an upstairs toilet today and I’m completely satisfied with the work. Today’s service person was professional, responsive and provided excellent service. I recommend them highly.

Timely and professional, but very expensive! $358 just to change a faucet. It took one hour of work and I provided the new faucet. I was pleased with the service, but the price was very high for a relatively simple task. I would’ve done it myself had I had the proper tools.

We charge by task not by time and material. Our skilled techs do give upfront pricing and we require the customer's signature so there are no surprises when the job is complete. The labor to install the faucet is guaranteed for 90 days. Thank you.

The technician seemed knowledgeable and efficient, but we were surprised by the price once we got our bill. I was charged $49.50 service fee and about $224 for a toilet stoppage clear with auger. The tech used the auger I own, and said there really wasn't any clog. He spent about 10-15 minutes in my home total and said everything seemed fine. After contacting the company, they said they will reimburse the service fee, but there is nothing more they can do. I am sure it's a fine company, just make sure they are up front with you about pricing before they do anything.
