  I have used McGrady-Perdue for all of my hvac and gas needs. They are very responsive, professional and honest! The ease of scheduling is great. I have never had to wait for a service call. Emergencies are addressed same day and most non emergency are same day as well. All of their technicians are knowledge and very professional. I have never doubted any service they’ve provided. We are selling our home and sad to say good-bye. Thank you so much, McGrady-Perdue for top-notch service!

  The guys were very friendly and professional. Made sure to wear shoe protectors so they didn’t track anything Into my home. They did a thorough check of everything and even commented about there being a leak in my attic from the roof at some point. I thankfully had the roof replaced about a year ago, but it was nice that he had noticed and let me know. They had my part on the truck and overall the service took about 45 minutes. I’d definitely recommend them! Their prices are also a bit cheaper compared to other competitors in the area.
