  I really appreciate Blue Ridge Heating and Air coming out to perform a maintenance checkup on all 3 of my units inside and outside the next day after my initial phone call. The technician was very efficient, knowledgeable and made everything easy. I work in my home and there was quite a bit of chaos going on at the end of the visit when important topics needed discussed and he handled it like a champ! Looking forward to doing business with them going forward!

  Very nice company and repair technician, but incredibly inflated overpricing. The part I needed is listed online as being $25 and they charged $173. I won't be calling them again. Response to owner's comments below: For clarification, I paid $173 plus the $109 for the service call. That means I am paying $267 for an hour of labor (Deducting for the $25 part). This was not emergency service, it was a scheduled maintenance call. I am prepared to pay an appropriate hourly rate of labor. I am not new to home ownership and I understand the value. I don't consider this to be within range. Other consumers can make their own decisions.

  Hi Elizabeth, we understand that you can purchase parts online a lot cheaper than what we charge, but there are a few things you need to keep in mind. Firstly, our technicians are ALL drug-free, trustworthy, dependable, heavily trained, well respected and they are paid accordingly. Secondly, the knowledge that it took to diagnose the part and the experience to replace it is not included in the $25.00 online price. Thirdly, the operation of a business that employs quality technicians, quality service and 24/7 emergency service is not cheap. This is why you were charged more than the online price. We hope you can understand our position and change your mind about using our services in the future. Thank you.

  Blue Ridge Heating & Air services all of our HVAC systems, our pellet stove, our gas logs and even ran a gas line to our kitchen and installed our new gas range. Their technicians are excellent in their craft; very knowledgeable, skilled and personable, too. While pricier than some of their competition, I value the reliability, responsiveness and quality of service that Blue Ridge provides.
