  This is the 3rd of our 4 heat pumps that McCrea has replaced for us over the years. As usual, the techs were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The pricing has also always been competitive. We appreciate the consistent dependable service and attention we always get from McCrea.

  Price seemed high for the work but because the company would not break out labor verses material costs it is difficult to evaluate or make comparison with other companies. Also, found the paperwork confusing and monumental. I think paper work should have been shown prior to the job not after completing the work! Still waiting for copies of what I signed. I had a complete Heat pump system installed which included new return ducting to help reduce noise from the main fan coming on line. I am still in the evaluation mode

  Lately we are noticing McCrea heating service quality deteriorated reasons not known. We are there client since 2014 they installed our heating, cooling system. They could not be contacted. We are trying to call their all listed numbers several times a day no one takes the call. Automated system ultimately goes to music for hold but no one takes the call. We have heating problem, already paid them in advance service call but do not know how to get there attention. If some one can help us we will appreciate . Thank you
