My heat is not working. Bob was assigned through my warranty company to provide service at my home. I spoke with Bob and told him my issue, After 24 hrs Bob called me and told me that it was not worth his time to service my home because I had a $50 deductible. I pay a higher premium for a lower deductible and better coverage. The service provider gets paid in the end through the warranty company whether it's a $50 or $150 deductible, $10 or $10,000. The service provider gets paid. Bob, a job is a job and if you dont like the work that is provided to you or the way payments are handled by the warranty company you provide service for, I suggest not working for them. Thanks for wasting my time while my wife and newborn are at home in the cold.
