  Had a new fireplace insert installed and absolutely love it . Thank you Jim who came out and was so informative and professional helped us to find the perfect gas fireplace insert . McCoy's team was fast and highly skilled . I definitely recommend using McCoy heating and cooling.

  Our furnace when out on a very cold night, 11°F to be exact. Technician loaned us space heaters until they could get the parts ordered in the morning. They opened up at 8am. Technician called me by 8:10am to let me know the parts were ordered. Wasn't long we have wonderful heat.

  Emailed about a furnace replacement in a moble home and got called by sales, never answered my question about cost or if they even work on trailers. Not a good experience.
