  What a remarkable team! We chose Haertel Heating & Cooling for the Lennox products and their noted service record and communitu reputation. We reached out to Dan spring 2021 to replace and upgrade of our entire HVAC to include new furnace, air quality system, dehumidifier, humidifier, air conditioner and digital thermostat. As we all experienced, Dan kept us abreast of nationwide supply chain challenges that slowed product availability. Once secured, Andy and Landon removed, fabricated, replaced, installed, tested, reviewed and trained us on the operations of our new HVAC system. They engaged us when necessary ensuring our needs were met and questions answered. Top notch professionals. Looking forward to bringing the Haertel Team back for additional home improvement projects.

  Called because my furniture stopped and they came out the next day. Part was under warranty, they replaced it and everything is working fine now. Could not be more happy with there service.
