  We were recommended to use MAYO as our 11 year old unit quit cooling/ heating. They responded quickly and started the process of assessing, testing, and diagnosing the problem. They found two problems, ordered parts keeping us in the loop the whole time. It did take time between the 4 visits to finally get it working and we were very pleased. The coat was about what we expected.

  Mayo's replaced my old heat pump with a new Trane system. They started and finished on time as promised, they were very clean and did a professional job. I will recommend this company to my family and friends.

  We had an urgent A/C problem in the attic and were told that we should be able to see a A/C tech next week by our regular A/C co. We were concerned that we may have a major ceiling leak by next week and called Mayo A/C. They offered to come to our home within few hours which they did. Chris M. was the tech that came the same afternoon and corrected the problem within 30 minutes. He was very knowlegeable & professional and explained some maintenance items that we were not aware of. I will definitely use them in the future for any &all A/C issues or purchases. I seldom take the time to write a review on anything but was compelled to compliment the service I received today by Chris of Mayo. Dr. Emmett Zimmerman
