  They came out to see why my ac outside unit fan was not coming on. The only thing he did when he got there was hook up his gauges to check freon and used a stick to start my fan. His wife fed me this line that my unit was shot and I needed to get a whole new one and that I also had to purchase the converter for the new unit because mine runs on the old type of freon r22 and that my inside unit wouldn't fit the new r410 units , which they were giving me a roundabout estimate of $3500 if not more. Mind you they didn't check anything inside my outdoor unit , which turns out to be where the actual problem was! A $30 part called the compacitor was the whole problem!!! Its the thing I heard trying to kick on that I plain as day described to them , turns out it was too weak to come on that's why it wouldn't kick the fan nor the compressor on to cool my house! They charged me $85 to come out and they didn't fix anything!! Had my father come out to see if he could figure out the problem and he figured it out in about 5 minutes testing the wires and parts went down and purchased a part from the local ac parts store and changed it! Fan and condenser kicked on with no hesitation like a dream ! No thanks to this company trying to pass as legit ac repairmen.

  We hired All Around AC to install a new AC unit in our home and it was a total disaster. They tried to install the wrong unit and to make it work they negligently did things to the unit so that it would work just long enough to get paid. We had to pay another AC company to come out and fix what they screwed up. I've never witnessed such a lack of professionalism in my life where they looked us in the eye and lied to us. I would run from this company as fast as you can.
