  The representative/technician that provided a furnace tuneup on my furnace was Scott. He was prompt, on time, respectful, courteous, very thorough and knowledgeable. He put shoe covers over his shoes before entering into my living room from the hallway entrance by my front door. This is something all of the service providers I have had in my house this year have failed to do and I have had at least 6 other service providers in my house this year. He verified who was before entering my house and had his mask on and called to let me know he was in route and again when he arrived. He went straight to tuning up the furnace and took everything apart and cleaned it. He was very thorough and explained everything he did. He was finished with everything in less than 45 minutes. My furnace appears to be working even better and giving heat off in areas that weren’t as warm as they should have been. He was personable and professional. He made me feel like a valued customer. He took time to ask if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Maxson Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who is looking for quality, professional, and timely service based on the outstanding service Scott provided.

  Steve from Maxson Heating and Air was awesome. He has been my parent's HVAC go to for over 20 years and they had nothing but amazing things to say about him. We had furnace issues in the fall as soon as it came time for the heat to go on. We called the people who had installed the furnace in our (new to us) house figuring they had the best knowledge of the system. They said the furnace was dying and recommended replacing it entirely. This was a strong first opinion, so we got two other companies to come in as well. Both saying the furnace was dying and the heat exchanger was likely cracking. We called Steve in as a last hope that maybe those other companies were wrong, and they were. Turns out our air intake was blocked, none of the other companies even considered this as an option. The other three also said that our inducer motor was dying, Steve ran multiple tests on it, testing amperage, heat and overall electrical connection, all came back perfectly normal. He even called in his heat exchanger specialty guy, who did a thorough visual and physical test, opening up the furnace and the venting above the furnace to check the exchanger to ensure there was no cracking, which there wasn't. Two visits from Steve and his colleague, and we saved $10k+ on companies that were just trying to push us to get a new system so they would make more. Ever since Steve's visits 3 months ago, our furnace has been running perfectly. Steve and Maxson heating have won our business forever. Cannot recommend them enough. If in doubt or you have someone else telling you something you don't think is totally true, have Steve come out and give another opinion.

  Alex and William are a dedicated, professional team who did an excellent job installing our new furnace, humidifier, and air scrubber expeditiously. We had been without heat for two days because our old furnace has to be shut down because of a cracked heat exchanger and carbon monoxide leaks. Maxson Heating and A/C did a thorough routine service and maintenance check on 12/15/21, through which we found out how serious and tenuous our heating situation was. Ronnie and Steve spent a lot of time with us, reviewing options to ensure our new system was right for our needs. They rearranged their schedules to ensure we got our new unit installed at the earliest opportunity. Both Ronnie and Steve were on site at different times on Friday 12/17 to check on progress and ensure everything was on schedule and to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Maxson Heating and A/C for their “total care” approach and solving our issues so quickly and professionally. Top notch in my book. Looking forward to their future service for our routine maintenance needs.
