  This company does not stand behind its work. They had a technician come to my house and offer to replace my current Heater. The drove a K & M Heating Truck and the owner said the rep was allowed to use the Truck to do work on the weekends. The Rep filled out a quote on K & M Paperwork and took a deposit to order the Unit and to do the work. The rep then disappeared and the Owner, Ken, told me he had been fired. When I told him he took a deposit for work the owner said he did it illegally and he was not responsible for that Employee. He didn't even offer to help out with doing the work to make up for his employee stealing the money. I called the supplier of the Heaters and he said the rep was allowed to order from him directly, but he had no orders. I would not ever work with this company.

  After an employee of theirs cut you off in traffic, they flip you off like it's your fault. There's the quality service you'll get for your HVAC needs.
