I could not recommend Maug Cleaning more! They are our regular house cleaners, but also helped us during a recent move with move-in and move-out clean at our new home and rental. They go above and beyond to fit our schedule and do an amazing job every time.

We hired Maug for some deep cleaning of our store front and our carpeting at home. We had Trevor for both services and this guy is a gem of a human. He is so kind and very easy to talk to, incredibly down to earth. He was on time (early) and did a very thorough job while respecting our spaces. I felt comfortable with him in my home and my business and would have trusted to leave him alone in either. The spiders did a number on our store front window and you couldn’t tell there ever was a spider when he left, and at home our 8 month old puppy finally finished potty training and you can’t tell he ever had any accidents. We highly recommend Maug, and will definitely be having them do more cleaning for us in the future. It is totally worth it!

Unfortunately we stopped services because there was not one cleaning that came out to what we were quoted. We keep a tidy house and even pick up rugs/take down curtains before the cleaners arrive. For some reason each time they came it took longer and longer to clean which means more money. There are plenty of smaller business that do a great job for a fraction of this cost

Today was my third visit from the wonderful team of Bri and Ray at Maug Cleaning. Let’s just start out with the fact that I’m not a tidy person. I called Maug Cleaning and made appointments twice for Donna to come over, look at my house, listen to what I wanted, and give me a quote. I ended up canceling both appointments because I was ashamed of the mess. Finally, I made and kept an appointment. Donna came over and put me completely at ease. She was completely non-judgmental, listened to me thoughtfully, and sent me a quote when she got back to her office.

The paperwork they sent was very professional and thorough. I’ve had cleaning people before, but Maug Cleaning was so on top of things that I felt immediately comfortable with them.

The first time Bri and Ray came, they set right to work and tackled my clutter and the dirt beneath it. It took longer than a normal visit because there was so much to do. Now that we’re on a regular bi-weekly schedule, they breeze through in a little less than an hour. And they wash the floor on their hands and knees! I don’t think my floor has ever been cleaned on hands and knees.

Maug Cleaning rocks. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We hired them to deep clean our brothers home to put on the market to sale.  They did a beautiful job and the house looked brand new inside and out.  I would highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs. Customer service was great to work with also.
