Matt's Heating and Cooling Company team put in a zone system in our new home and it has been great. We have the ability to set certain areas of the house at different temperatures so each occupant is happy. The system is very efficient and we save money on our electric bill as a result. Great install team- very professional and clean. We highly recommend them

Ever since we moved into our house, Matt's Heating and Cooling Company have been our heating and air service provider. This first time we had to call them was when we came home from work one hot summer afternoon, and our air wasn't working, and they came over that day. We've used them ever since because they always send knowledgeable techs, and they have the friendliest customer service.

BEWARE - STAY AWAY. This company is not as they appear. This is a virtual brand, it is not located in Oak Lawn. Extremely unprofessional, the "technician" spent most of the time on his phone, working on his side hustle. I'm convinced the "technician" was either negligent or intentionally deceptive. The issue turned out to be a simple clog in the drain line from our furnace (clog in the condensate trap). The "technician" should have been able to diagnose this easily and it should have been a simple fix, instead, he drained the line but did not remove the clog. He knew the furnace would fill with water and stop working again, at which point, he would recommend a new furnace. Our furnace stopped working a few hours after he left, when I called the next day I was told we would need a new furnace. After a little of educating myself I was able to diagnose and solve the problem myself. I'm extremely suspicious of the other reviews. All of the portrait quality profile pictures and the fact that most of them have only one review.
