  Beware of this fraud company. I wish I could rate them 0 stars. Their technician came to repair the HVAC system which they already fixed before (and paid for). He told this time that the transformer of the unit is bad and needs replacement. The unit is on the roof, hence I had no means to find out rather than trusting him. I paid $220 to put new transformer. Few weeks later, my landlord was on the roof for other maintenance work, and clicked the picture of my unit, where the transformer was looing rusty and clearly very old. It did not at all look like new. I reached out to this company via email and phone calls (Maribel is the person working on the desk) atleast 10 times, sending picture of the HVAC unit which clearly shows the rusted transformer, but they seem to be not interested to resolve this. They told me first that the technician has tested positive for covid, so he won't be in for 2 weeks. Then after 3 weeks, they told me that the technician will return back to work in 2022. Then I was told that she (Meribel) will reach out to the owner to help resolve this. But they never responded or came back. Now they have stopped taking my phones as well. Beware of this company.

  My 840k btu boiler went out at the beginning of the fall season and these guys came in and had a new one installed within two weeks... I highly recommend using this company... thank you

  Family friend recommended me this contact and we gave them a shot. Service wasn’t terrible, I’ve def had worse experiences but what was frightening was the price we had to pay for such little work. Won’t be calling them back again. Overall, I don’t recommend this company. Also, I spoke to a few friends about this company and they also mentioned they were serviced by them at one point and had I asked them sooner, they would’ve suggested I don’t contact them.
