My husband recently passed away & would definitely post the same comments as me! Mark and Christy have been wonderful over several years helping us with installing or repairing furnaces +, maintenance and overall very helpful information in our home renovating business & apartments. NEVER have we ever had a complaint about any work done. Always fantastic service! Covid has really been awful &, as with all businesses, it’s hard to find people to fill positions. Mark & Christy are doing it all themselves! We have been customers & friends since approximately 1999 when we purchased our first rental unit in the Waterville area. Never considered hiring ANYONE ELSE! Thanks to both of them & our continued alliance ❤️

My wife and I recently brought our new to us home. It’s a fairly new house with the original furnace. On the furnace was a very neat and organized list of maintenance work that had been completed over the years (dating back to 2015; which really impressed me). I figured I would continue to use Mark’s services as the business appeared to be very neat and organized. On the piece of paper with the listed maintenance was the telephone number. I called the number only to be greeted by someone that had appeared to have not had enough coffee. I explained my situation, stating that I was a new customer because I recently bought the house, and that the furnace was due for maintenance. The woman on the other end said, “okay, well we usually stay with the customer not the furnace”. “As long as there isn’t anything wrong with it we can help you”. I told her that I was taken back by her customer service. Her words “sir, I am just trying to be honest with you”. Never did I mention in my call that there was an emergency or that there was something wrong with the furnace. Then for her to mention that Mark usually stays with the customer not the furnace... I really couldn’t believe her customer service and told her that she should let Mark know that she had lost him some business and hung up. I can count on one hand the times I have left a review on a business but I felt that this is something Mark might want to be aware of. Customer service is everything... -Tim Smith
