I live a little past the area serviced by Maine Heat Pumps and Electrical but needed to have electrical work done. I was having trouble finding an electrician who could do the work--most never even called back when I left them a message. Maine Heat Pumps and Electric were helpful and we did some online pictures, then they promptly sent an electrician to look at the work needed. I got a quote right away and the work was scheduled to happen in a timely fashion. The electricians were professional, courteous and neat. They completed the job on time and on budget. i was very pleased with the whole experience and would call them again.

Contacted the company via email and received a quick response regarding four Fujitsu heat pumps in dire need of cleaning. One unit was was not cooling at all. A technician came to assess the units and I decided to purchase a service package of two cleanings per unit (8). They gave me a great price and, within a day or two, sent two techs over to do the first cleaning. They were on time and cleaned all four units within the timeframe we agreed on. Once the units were dry, the difference in performance was amazing, though one unit was still not cooling, so we made an appointment diagnose/repair that unit. They were able to get it repaired and now all four work great!! We'll do the second cleaning before heating season. THANKS GUYS! ~Carrie :)

We started with adding 5 ductless heat pumps to our house and one to our shop. The job went very quickly and easily. The heat pumps work so well that we also replaced our one existing heat pump. It was so loud we couldn’t watch a movie. We also added one to a separate cottage that could operate on 120 volt power, so that it would also have heat and cooling. We were happy with all the work they did and they stand behind it. So glad we did this, with them.
