  We have used Mark Palmer Electric service for repair to 2 electrical outlets. 2 Technicians came out and worked very efficiently together and got the repairs done. They were both courteous. professional and friendly. We have used this company in the past as well and we highly recommend them to anyone in need. Also I have to mention when I received the call from the office from Nicole J she was truly a blessing. She was very professional, personable, courteous and she possesses excellent customer service skills. I could tell Nicole J was well versed in her job and she along with the 2 technicians love their jobs. Mark Palmer you’re doing an excellent job and it shows with your employee.

  They were very professional and did an awesome job. Zach and Corey made sure it was done right and I was pleased. Could not have had a better experience, on time, great value and excellent workmanship..

  Unfortunately I can't give a favorable review. How can I? I had an appt for svc between 3 and 5, aaaand Noone showed. Nor was there a phone call.
