  Do not hire this company. They are absolutely incompetent…had them out for annual service and tech looked over unit and said everything was ok. A day after he leaves my AC is not blowing cold air…comes back out and tells me no Freon in the system after I just paid for an inspection. So now I may have a leak…ordered isolation test to see. They never showed up and gave me a run around on how they messed up the appointment. Stay far away and call someone else!

  I got my new A/C with this company in 2019. At the time they were as responsive as I would have liked. However since then many problems have risen. The techs that installed the A/C were 2 young men that did not do a good job which was admitted by their other tech who recently had to redo a part of the installation as it was causing mold. They have had to come over 6 times in the last 2 years for one problem or another. I have been unhappy for a while but now it has been a few weeks since they came to repair the mistake and somehow my A/c just stopped working. I called to get someone to come. I asked for David specifically and was told he would call me as he was on call. It has been 3 hours since then and my 4 bedroom house is without A/C. I have 2 toddlers and am currently 9 months pregnant and extremely angry over this. I had to call other companies to get someone out here. True plumbers came within 30 minutes of my call. I am so grateful to them. They said my compressor was burnt out. Not working and not repairable. So I had to repair it as I still have not heard from ac cooling and heating even after calling their on call tech 4 times. It cost 230 to get a new compressor plus 100 for the service call so that all cost me 330 which is ridiculous considering this unit is 2 years old. It cost me over 7k to get this new A/c plus every service call since has been 49 dollars. I will be filing complaints against this company if they dont make it right. I will be calling to see how they can but it is so unfair and so horrible for my babies if I would not have called another company in time.
