  I cannot say enough good things about Mark of the Z. From start to finish, our experience was easy and professional. We got on the schedule right away and this was confirmed with a confirmation text. The day of our service, we were alerted that Joe was on his way and he even gave us a heads up call. Joe was timely, extremely kind, and very knowledgeable. He was able to fix our furnace issue and explained to us what was happening and why, and how to prevent future issues. I highly recommend Mark of the Z!

  Great service, great communication and fast response. I had an issue with our boiler the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Everyone I spoke to and worked with was wonderful. I’ll call them first every time.

  Service technician Spencer was friendly, on time and knowledgeable. When my "tune up" found an issue it was discussed and shown to me (a wire burning through) along with the cost to fix it. He was accurate with the cost he quoted and the length of time he said it would take to do the job. When he finished he checked both the cold and hot air coming into the vents. He also cleaned up his packaging from part and filters before he left. Very pleased with the service today.
