  Word of warning - Do not use these people. Paid them $620 to go through 2 units. A month later the heat pump didn't work. Took 3 hours before they figured out it was thermostat. When asked why that wasn't checked the month before, they informed me they were only there for the AC. It's the same unit! Charging $255 more. I'm not one to post reviews, but I feel like they are dishonest. BEWARE!!

  We have used Mann a couple of times and were pleased across the board. The service people are pleasant and the office keeps you informed of schedules, parts ordered, etc. They have done our A/C repairs when they said they would and at the costs they quoted without any surprises.
