  I was referred to Kevin to install a gas line for my stove, he seem interested, but when it came time to get back to me when he would be able to install, I never heard back. I called over the next 3 days leaving him messages but he wouldn't return my calls. I don't care if he didn't want the project, it's just good business practice to say hey, I can't do the job. Not good business practice to say the least.

  Are you kidding me????? Called to schedule repair on my Englander pellet stove. (That was one of their first questions - what brand) Their soonest availability was 2 days later (understandable). It's January and it's very cold. 25 minutes before they were to show up they called to say they don't work on Englander...don't know where to get the parts, don't know where to order them...REALLY?! They don't even know they DON'T work on Englander. They could have saved me two days by telling me that up front----that is IF they knew. No time for this type of really bad service.
