We came home after a lengthy absence. Heater worked ok for a short time, then stopped. ( It was 29 degrees that night! ) We called in the morning, and Jeremy was out by 11am! It was a quick fix, and under warranty. They have always taken care of us promptly, we purchased our new system from them, and continue to buy a maintenance plan through them. Excellent service and care.

Our experience width Moyers was exceptional! Dillon was very prompt, communicated clearly and professionally. They installed a brand new heating/cooling system, removed our old furnace and swamp cooler. They cleaned up everything and left no mess. Everything worked flawlessly. Highly recommend them.

The actual technicians are great and get the work done. However, their dispatcher is an extremely discourteous woman. A call in to her means arguing about warranty, their availability, and endless emails back and forth. Sent her a copy of warranty to prove we have it. She pulled up some generic papers, my name not on it. I sent her the correct info then she argued she sent it to me! We are currently waiting till December 2 for a new under warranty unit from Carrier. Ugh..

We appreciate your business, and we are glad that you had a good interaction with our technicians. Unfortunately, our dispatcher is at the mercy of the stipulations in the warranty contracts and the specific client name the contract is noted under. Due to sever shipment delays we are experiencing with our vendors and companies that hold the warranties, we are unable to schedule until we at least have an estimated time of arrival for the parts/materials needed. We sincerely wish we had more control over these issues however, we do not. When we are fortunate enough to have the items arrive earlier than expected, we always reach out to our customers and try to schedule the repairs sooner. Again, we appreciate your cooperation and look forward to taking care of your warranty issues in December.
