  My gas furnace wasn't running consistently, and after 18 years I knew it was almost time to replace it. The mixture of orange and blue flames in the furnace indicated there was likely a crack inside the furnace. I was quoted a price to replace the furnace far lower than other heat repair companies. The service couldn't be better. The servicemen were friendly, informative, on-time, and professional. It's hard to find a company that provides this kind of value these days.

  This was our first time using this company and we are extremely contented with the services. George came out promptly and so proficient. He explained everything, suggested necessary repairs and provided terrific service on every level. We will be using Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning for all of our HVAC needs going forward.   George, the technician, was very thorough in the maintenance check. He checked inside and outside spaces and changed the filter. He was polite and conscientious in his work. I recommend using Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning's services.
