  Gordon's Heating And Cooling arrived on time, were extremely professional and very clean. Finished results look so much better than our old unit. All electrical, hoses etc are neatly out of sight. Took their time to explain how the unit works, how to replace filters and operate the control panel. Patiently answered any questions we had. We are extremely happy with the whole process from our comfort consultant to the installation.

  Johnny sent us a text letting us know he was on his way. He was straightforward with us and laid out possible issues, solutions, and next steps. The appointment was quick, he wore a mask the entire time which was very comforting to my entire family. I had my AC functioning perfectly in half an hour. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing his services.
