  James came by on Saturday and was perfect. He came in and quickly cleaned our Heating Unit and cleaned out the filter. He gave me a report on our system and his recommendations. Their annual checkup has given us an extension on our old unit. I highly recommend Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone wanting to have their system evaluated and tuned up. This is money well spent, and I am glad they offer this service.

  This is a wonderful company with people who really know their stuff when it comes to HVAC they will talk you through everything and answer any questions or any concerns you may have. The lady that answered the phone Sarah was super sweet. And the guys are very well trained, certified, and professional. They DO NOT try to take shortcuts like other companies train their guys to do. This company is the best of the best. They really do take pride in their work and clean up after themselves when the job is completed. I see why they have 5 stars now. These people actually care and it clearly shows. Keep up the great work!

  Communication with the office staff and technician regarding my appt date/time was great. The technician was on time, professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions about the system and explained what I could do to have it operate more efficiently. Very courteous and efficient service, and I would definitely recommend Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning to others.
