  The personal I have worked with at Macri were excellent from the estimated staff, project managers and mechanics on the job site. We have completed many jobs together over the past 20 years. We always get treated fair and with personal care from all their staff. I would highly recommend Macri Associates to anyone looking for any type of mechanical system installation or service.

  I started getting water from upstairs to downstairs through the floor/ceiling out of nowhere. In a panic (and fairly new to CT) i started just googling and calling plumbers near me. I finally got through to Macri and first, the woman who answered the phone thought to ask if i had checked my water heater, there was water gushing from it so i was able to turn it off. I wouldn’t even have thought to check that, and so the water damage could have been must worse. Second, we were in the midst of a snowstorm and they still got to me within the hour. They sent me a quote same day, and came to install a new water heater first thing the next morning. I have never experienced such prompt, professional and wonderful service truly. Home issues are usually emergency status so it’s hard to find people so quick to get to you. I will never use anyone else for any of my other home issues. These guys are the BEST.

  Macri Associates Service dept has made life so much easier for me. They work around your schedule, not theirs. Techs are friendly, knowledgable and make sure they clean up after themselves. They show up when you need them, do whats needed, and off they go. Head office is easy to talk to, return calls and emails. Thats big these days. Service dept has been great with warranty work, PM's, and any additional work you need from them. Thank you guys! Have a great Holiday!
