The job (plumbing) is yet to be done, but our experience with the consultant/estimator James was delightful. When is the last time you could - if ever - say that about a service professional? He took extra time (and happily!) to explain everything, offering his keen and experienced insight for every detail. Absolutely refreshing in this day and age! If the crew who does the job is at all like James, I can rest assured that everything will be done expertly, thoroughly, cleanly, and with precision. Meanwhile, I can put my feet up and relax! How great is that? Thanks, Busy Bee!

Wonderful service … they recommended a tankless boiler and water heater system and quoted a price lower than just replacing the existing boiler. The work was fantastic. Technicians are extremely professional and really know their business. I will definitely work with Busy Bee for future projects.

the technician seemed more interested in having us go with more expensive options that were not fiscally feasible at the time. we just needed our hot water back for the time being so that we can figure out next steps. This tech was more insurance salesman than plumber. Because it wasn't something he wanted to do, he rushed through the job and rushed out of our house, not checking water pressure, nothing. I've never seen a plumber NOT check to see if the water flow was correct. Not one sink was turned on to see if our issue was fixed. When I tried calling the office to have him return, no one called me back. Office was closed. Busy Bee did NOTHING to fix his errors, even after i sent them an email explaining what happened. I had to call another plumber to come in to fix his errors. Had I been a high paying customer who paid for a whole new system up front, i would have received the red carpet treatment. instead I was treated like a shmuck. I see all of these high ratings from other folks, sorry but I'm not buying it. This company only cares about landing the big sales and high paying jobs and obviously can care less for average Joe's like me who don't do much for their bottom lines. Pass
