  Excellent customer service. Excellent company. Within an hour of submitting the request, the technician arrived the same day. He provided excellent advice on how to keep the air conditioner in good working order. He identified the problem and repaired our air conditioner. Thank you once more. Mack Heating and Cooling will be used again in the future, and I highly recommend their services to others.

  Getting an appointment was simple and frustration free. We had them do an annual AC cleaning/maintenance and we were completely satisfied. Greg came out on- time and was very thorough and professional. I feel that he even went above and beyond with checking things and taping up an area that wasn't completely airtight. He also took the time to answer all of my questions. We will be calling Mack Heating and Cooling back for the furnace check!

  The service tech was excellent at diagnosing and outlining our options. He was thorough and patiently answered all of our questions! Our new A/C was installed timely and by the best. Mack Heating and Cooling crew are truly an incredible team and stand behind their word and their product. Mack Heating and Cooling took care of us last year with our furnace as well! I would highly recommend them!
