  The team from M&B knocked it out of park with my new heating and air system. Kenny did a great job helping us select the right system for our home. Eric, Sean, Tommy and John provided us with the best installation experience anyone could ever ask for. Robert and Rick was fantastic with getting our new system up and running. Robert is very knowledgeable about the new system and answered all of our questions. I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH ABOUT THE GREAT SERVICE THE M&B TEAM PROVIDES US!

  Rick Thompson of Myatt and Bates did an excellent and thorough inspection and seasonal maintenance of my heat pump today. He was very personable. Rick called ahead and arrived promptly within time frame I was given when appointment was made. He patiently answered a number of questions I had. The office person that scheduled my appointment was very pleasant and answered phone quickly. I am definitely impressed with M and B and will certainly use them for my future needs.

  After 33 years on both our A/C and gas furnace, it was time for their retirement. M&B gave us the lowest quote, and installed the entire new set in just seven hours, fortunately on a warm December day. The crew was pleasant and professional, forcing me to listen to classic 80s rock only when I peeked into the attic to assess the progress. Good company. Good job. I recommend them to anyone.
