  Thank you Jim, or heater quit working and our current contractor sent out a junior technician that quoted us over $1000 for a repair that was not needed. Received a second opinion from Jim and found out it was a misdiagnosed and a simple wiring fix. Saved us big time. Our family highly recommends this company
