  I have placed a dozen phone calls and text messages to this company. As soon as they realized it was warranty work (they had replaced my washing machine shocks) all contact stopped. The company will not return any phone calls. They do not honor their warranty work. They said could not find me previous invoice. Once I sent them a copy - they will not answer my calls. They were all friendly and willing to help Until they found out it was warrant related This company does not stand by their work.

  Called in May ,2021., and had a service technician come to our home to do a yearly service on our air conditioner. After he completed his service he advised my husband that for $149.00 additional, we could purchase a warranty contract and no longer pay for diagnosis, only for the repair that was needed in the future. Apx., two months later, air conditioner was not performing, we called for a technician. The answering machine took our number and assured that someone would return our call. We called apx., 6 times throughout the next two days. To this day no one has ever returned our calls. We called another service company to have the repair done. As far as we are concerned, this company scammed us out of $149.00. How desperate they must be financially to do that to people. They are a total disgrace and I have every intention of reporting them to all agencies that govern this industry and I intend to file a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general's office.

  We make every effort to please our customers after 47 years in buisness we have found that some customers dont fully understand that a maintenance check up is different than a major brwakdoqn of thier unit and expecting the Repair of a brokwn AC to be covered. We are making every effort to rectify this situation including giving them a full refund.

  BEWARE..GREGORY THEORIDES HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. HE WILL ATTEND YOU UNTIL HE TAKES YOUR MONEY FOR THE INSTALL AND HE WILL THEN BLOCK YOUR PHONE NUMBER NOT TO HONOR ANY SERVICE CALLS OR WARRANTY WORK FOR THE INSTALL. PLEASE DO NOT GO THRU THE HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE. I HAVE REPORTED HIM AND I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BANK TO MAKE SURE THAT HE WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE SCAM HE RUNS. SEE OTHERS REVIEWS HE HAS DONE THIS ALOT
