the technicians were very knowledgeable and easy to work with and understand what they were doing during the install. They used tarps to protect the carpet and cleaned up the work area when finished. Ryan our Sales Engineer was very informative, knowledgeable and polite. He listened to our needs and wants, then provided estimates timely based on our discussion. He was here along with the installers at different times during the day and provided training on the new thermostat and controls for the system. Would we use them again? YES

Our central AC unit has been on the fritz for years. After years of battling with the HSA warranty, we finally decided to just purchase one outright. Husband called Lozier and they came out that same day for a consultation. Discussed options and pricing. A week later, our new unit was installed and we are thrilled with the service and the finished product! I didn't catch their names, but the crew was professional, friendly, and efficient! They even cleaned everything up nicely afterwards. Highly recommend Lozier for your heating and cooling needs, thank you!

Our furnace broke down on a Saturday night - we had a technician from another company come in the morning and they said we needed a new induction motor - which needed to be ordered. We were looking at multiple days without heat, in January, in Iowa. Not good. So I started calling around (on a Sunday) to see if a motor could be found locally. Multiple companies were unable to help. Then we were connected with a Lozier technician named Shawn. He was awesome and found the motor locally, picked it up, and had it quickly installed. What we were told by other companies would be multiple days without heat, turned into awesomely warm air flowing from our vents again with Lozier. 24 hours without heat was enough and Shawn with Lozier gave us the service and fix we were hoping for!
