My heat stopped working of course when it was the coldest day we had so far and I reached out these guys expecting to get a long wait even more than a couple days but not only did they give me a time frame same day but they even showed up early. Now I understand this is can very especially on call volume and time of year but what impressed me most was how quickly the tech diagnosed the issue and fixed it in under 30 min. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issue thoroughly. He also did some checks over all connections just to verify everything was getting the power requirements it needed and it was nice to see that it wasn’t just find one problem then leave. Would definitely recommend and also call again in the future.

Went through my home warranty company to receive a furnace tune up. Very easy to schedule and good communication from Advanced. Dillon was the technician assigned to the job, he was friendly and knowledgeable. Did a thorough tune up and answered lots of questions I had about the older furnace in the home I just purchased.

We had them come out as a second opinion when told our furnace needed to be replaced. They were able to do a system check and some clean up and gave their honest opinion. The furnace is old but still in decent shape.  I appreciated their honesty.

This was my first time calling Advanced Air because they were the assigned vendor for my furnace tune-up under my home warranty. Dillon was professional and efficient. I appreciate that he wore a mask and placed booties on his shoes to protect my floors even though I didn't ask him to. My furnace is in good shape, but if I have any issues, I'm calling them again. Working with the warranty company, American Home Shield, was a nightmare. But once they finally dispatched Advanced Air Mechanical everything fell in place. Everyone at Advanced  Air Mechanical was responsive, very helpful, professional and got the job done quickly! I really wish they would have been the first company AHS dispatched!

Advanced Aire mechanical sent a text stating that they are coming out Monday 4/11 to run a diagnostic on our A/C unit to see if will run properly. If not it will be covered on our home warranty. So I called the number from the text and wanted to speak with the person who sent the text. The person on the other end didn’t speak English very well and wouldn’t let me talk to grant the tech who sent the message stating he was in available to talk to me till Tuesday. DUH HE WILL BE HERE MONDAY. they are stating the payment is expected on arrival. WHY if it’s already covered under home warranty. I was given the 3rd degree by the person who answered and could barely understand her. What’s it to you why I want to talk to grant. You don’t understand me anyways. nor couldnt tell me why you want a fee upfront. Once you diagnose the problem with the A/C and if you find a problem you expect me to continue using you? After what I just went through? I expect a call from grant ASAP. About why payment is expected at time of service if this whole thing is paid by HSA Home warranty.
