  USE at your own risk - LOWDEN - wow, horrible experience for us! They are failing and should leave the market. They can't wield. These guys have horrible workmanship and do not own their actions. We hired a new company to diagnose why the heater in a 2yr old home wasn't pushing hot air. The answer is that there are three leaks: the copper joint LOWDEN wielded during installation, the TXV valve connecting the coil LOWDEN wielded, and the King Valve at the outside unit they wielded. Carrier warranties everything. LOWDEN will not cover with warranty because the time has expired as they don't recognize COVID-year as a break-in warranty coverage. My system is still not working. Paid them $367 today and they want $860 more for the King Valve warranty item install and recharging the system. Third time for charging. No thanks. It's winter and we'll hire someone else. Run from this company.

  The guy who was driving the truck JSV9702 on the road from Manor to Elgin, on Friday 3:30pm during rush. Shouldn't be driving at all, especially the company truck. The guy was literally texting and driving when I went around him, it looked like he was drunk driving weaving into the side lanes. Everyone around him was just defensive driving, when I passed him I actually saw him have his phone in front of him on the wheel. If he’s going to work have someone drive him around, it was the busiest time for traffic on Friday and everyone’s tired just wanting to get home. He’s going to cause an accident.

  Have used them for years as they installed our Air Conditioners. Recently the stated they were only doing warranty work and I should take my business elsewhere since they were backed up. I insisted since the issue was a repeat problem that they had done warranty work on before. After convincing them to make an appointment (they’ve been out multiple times) they canceled it same day saying the technician was sick. Then they would not make a new appointment The technicians have all been great. Only reason for the 2nd star.
