  I was having a problem with my air conditioner. I called them in June. A gentleman and over and said it was my damper. That he could not fix it that day, he had other jobs. That he tied it open and that should work. I asked him how much did I owe him and he said pay him when he finishes. I NEVER heard from him all of July, all of August and then the last week of September I get a voicemail message saying we can come now. As if I would wait 3 months to fix my air conditioner in the hot North Carolina summer. Then October 1, I received a bill for a service call. I would NOT recommend them for waiting 3 months to contact me. As a single female homeowner I had called everyone to come to my house. I did not know the name to call them back. All I know is a gentleman and and promised to come back and fix it and didn’t come back until 3 months later. I feel that was VERY I professional way of conducting business. Obviously I was NOT a priority to THIS business. Was it because I am a female home owner, was it because I am black. I have no idea why I was not contacted until 3 months later to fix my air conditioner. Why I was sent a bill for a service call 4 months later. Why the gentleman refused to let me pay him into the job was completed and them not come back into 3 months later.

  I have used Love for a new minisplit HVAC installation and maintenance. I made the mistake of briefly going with a corporate company for maintenance. The corporate group quoted me $2000 to repair a part that was still under the manufacturer's warranty (for a few hours of labor). It seemed insane, so I reached back out to Love. They quickly did the leg work, ordered the part, and completed the job promptly at about 20% of the quoted price from the big guys!! Honest people and dependable service. I will never call anyone else. Keep up the good work guys!
