  Unfortunately and strange....he answered my call and showed up I was able to inform him of the situation. Landlord turn Slumlord issue... And he looked at the unit and informed me if the issues and pointed out what is considered a hazard. After discussing and agreeing for him to do the job needed he mentioned that he has a job to go to and will be back in 30 to and hour to do the job... I was like great! But he never came back and never picked up my calls nor returned my voice messages that way nor the following days and weeks but then I was asking if he can please tell me why he did what he did. But no response. The sad thing, it was a an urgent need call which he was clearly aware of it weather in the mid 90s and needed it because of my medical issue love one.

  We called them on Wednesday and they said they would be able to service our cooler that same day if not on friday. Now it is Friday and almost 5pm and they never showed up or answered our calls even after leaving multiple messages. They didn't even have the courtesy to say they couldn't make it or were too busy so that we could find someone else. I understand that this time of year it gets busy but if you say you can complete the service on a certain day do it or have the common courtesy to say you can't that way the customer is not stuck in limbo trying to guess if you will show up.
