  They were contracted to install HVAC system in my new build. Unfortunately never having to use the heat it went unnoticed that something wasn’t done correctly. You don’t get heat unless you manually turn the fan on. This should not work that was when you have auto fan feature. Now I know why Sergio didn’t respond when emailing him regarding the install originally.
