  Sadly very disappointed! Where do I begin? They cleaned all the carpet, the air ducts, and an ottoman. NOT CHEAP!!! We left the house while they did the work. In less than 2 half hours later they were done. Seemed fast for all they had to do. When we arrived home we were so disappointed and felt like we had literally thrown money in the trash. The carpet didn’t look any cleaner. My husband said “It looks like they vacuumed and threw some water on the carpet. Doesn’t look any different”. The vent in our kitchen was not clean. In fact there was a cobweb in it. My sons room had dust EVERYWHERE. We asked if they could take a before and after picture of one of our vents so we could see the difference. NOPE. All we got was a picture of a bucket with a little dirt in it. I mean that could be from any old picture. Also the ottoman didn’t look great. I wasn’t impressed with customer service either. The woman who came to our house was not friendly to me nor my husband. Before they arrived we had agreed on a price and they hadn’t calculated the ottoman or the stairs.... so just like that it went up another $100. I really wanted to like this company but we will not be returning.

  Worst company ever for duct cleaning services. After paying for their services I opened up all my main trunk lines and cold air returns only to find they were never cleaned at all. There were huge chunks of pet hair and dust and after calling them and complaining they came back out a second time to do the job properly. Unfortunately they did not even do half of the work and made me open up more of my ductwork just so they could get to the spots that I had pictures of. I asked how they got to all the big trunk lines and they said they went through the plenum which he was pretending to vacuum out for 20 minutes. Here are some pictures I took after having to rip apart my ductwork. I would hate for someone else to fall victim to somebody as untrustworthy as this! And yes after refunding a small amount of the money we paid the job was still only half done.

  Five-star experience from start to finish! Angelo picked up the phone and gave me an estimate right away. His was one of the few companies that could fit me on their calendar in the time frame I desired. (I called about 6 different companies, several were either booked to far out, or gave me outrageously high price estimates). Technician Dawn was wonderful and pleasant to work with and communicated excellently, and was very friendly with my family and dog. Carpets look wonderful and price was very affordable. I wouldn’t waste my time calling other companies, just call GREENCO2!
