  We had Long Heating & Air come out as part of warranty service call for our A/C unit. Technician was great! Extremely thorough - found the issue quickly but continued to check everything else to make sure it was all in good order. Respectful, friendly, and gave some good tips/recommendations. Highly recommend!

  Long previously performed service on my furnace which required the large duct to be removed from the furnace. The duct was reattached , but over time the duct connection came apart. I called Long and they repaired the connection quickly(the next day) after my call. The service tech was knowledgeable, very professional and finished the job quickly. I was very satisfied.

  Five stars goes to our technician, Kyle. I had almost decided to switch to another HVAC company. Kyle changed my mind and proved that Long’s is capable of being just as good as any company out there. He was thorough in his maintenance tasks, professional, and kind. The previous technician went so far as to use our ladder instead of bringing his off the truck. Not Kyle. He had all of his tools, ladder, summarized what he’d done and how everything looked. (Previous guy had just left without a word). Thanks, Kyle, for a great job. I hope you’re appreciated at work.
