  Anthony and his team were very professional in all aspects of their service. As a business owner myself, I feel that good customer service begins at the first phone call to a place of business. LKN Chimney Sweep believes that as well!! LKN will continue to grow and build their client base with the great A to Z customer service they provide. Once on-site, the technician did a great job cleaning and inspecting all areas of my chimney and fireplace. They had other services they could have sold me, but said that those service weren't necessary and they didn't want me to spend money on something that wasn't needed. When the chimney specialist left my house, I felt very confident that my chimney was safe and clean for another winter. One of the most impressive services after the cleaning and inspection of my fireplace and chimney was the detailed electronic report that was emailed to me within minutes of his completion. Keep up the good work guys!! See you next winter

  Anthony was wonderful to work with! He was delayed a bit at a prior appointment but called to let us know he would be a bit late. He tested the dryer first and then the vent to confirm the service was needed. He showed us pictures of what had been pulled out and cleaned up the work area. I will definitely be recommending them to our HOA and using them myself in the future. Thank you, LKN!

  Anthony was our technician for dryer vent cleaning. After testing our airflow he informed us that our reading was 4.85 & anything over 3 is good. Next said there isn’t any need for a cleaning 😊 & didn’t charge us for a service call! I highly recommend LKN Chimney as a trustworthy & professional business! We will be using LKN for our service needs!
