  I would give them zero star if I could. I called because our July electric bill is over 50 dollars higher than it's ever been (we have been with them for about 9 years) and the lady that answered the phone blatantly lied too me about our previous July bills. A quick bank search showed exactly how much the months she referenced actually were.

  This company came to my Grandmother’s house to work on the electric. There is now no power to the shed and now they won’t answer their phone and refuse to fix this problem. $2200 wasted.

  Always the first to go out in all storms. Always the last to restore power. Infrastructure must be a mess.
