  We had the insulation at a house we were selling removed and replaced as a requirement by the buyer. While Arctic Insulation had some serious issues that caused some damage to the house during the removal, I can't say enough about their responsiveness and willingness to step up and make it right. They were able to get their contractors in to repair the damage, repaint the ceilings and walls, and get the new insulation installed - all before the deadline we gave them. Any company can have unexpected issues happen, but it's how they respond and handle those issues that really matter. Arctic Insulation stepped up and finished the job. They even went above and beyond and fixed some issues that weren't their responsibility. I'm very happy with how the whole thing turned out.

  If you're wanting to call a company multiple times (and I do mean 2 - 4 times) for each step in the process (1. estimate date set-up, 2. determining why the crew hasn't shown up at the agreed upon time and 3. status of them submitting a rebate), call this company for home needs! On a positive note, the crew who completed the project did a fantastic job! I was told two weeks ago Mark, the owner, would call me, however haven't heard from him and felt this was the best way to share our experience with others.
