Kyle, Matt and Aiden installed our generator.
They were very professional, prompt and did a great job! They were very informative educating me on the use of our new generator. I would highly recommend this company.

Kyle and his crew installed a whole house generator at our residence. They did a great job with the installation. They were extremely polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and educated us on the use of the generator. Carla Knight, the office manager was also extremely helpful and professional. I would, without hesitation, recommend Lights by Knight to anyone with an electrical need.

Matt and Aiden installed 5 light fixtures, 6 recessed lights, a google nest thermostat and fixed a broken light in our basement.  They were prompt, professional, quick, friendly, and extremely efficient!  Highly recommend!

Luke did an excellent job with the work he performed on our house.  Throughout the process Luke was very timely, professional and dependable.  Luke answered all our questions and concerns and took the time to ensure that job was done right.  We will definitely recommend him and he will be our first choice for any future electrical work.

This is the second time I have used Lights by Knight and have been impressed each time. They’re easy to work with, they show up on time, and they’re very knowledgeable. Today Matt and Aiden were here. Most of the work was routine but they were very quick and efficient. They ran into one complication. I was impressed by how they handled it. It turned out I had purchased the wrong kind of thermostat, and they did the research to find out exactly what I needed to get. I will absolutely use them again

Chuck and Blake came out and installed an electric car charged at my house I just moved to in Charlottesville.  They worked extra hard to get a line from the panel  across the house to the outside without having to tear any drywall, something I did not think possible.  They brought drop clothe to protect the carpet, connected and installed the charging station in a very nice way, and showed me how to use it.  The owner had come out to give the quote initially and ended up offering to order the charging station for me too.  They were all wonderful and I highly recommend Lights by Knight Electric.

I recently had a Generac Whole house system put in. The process was easy-going because of the owner and his workers were very upfront and professional about everything they did the company likes to keep in touch with the homeowner and make sure they meet there every need and answer all questions. If I could give this company more than Five stars I definitely would I would recommend this company to anybody that ask for electrical contractors in the future.

Lights by Knight Electric is an excellent company and offers services at a much lower rate than their competitors.  We had Chris as our serviceman, and he was polite, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond while installing our Ring.  He worked quickly and cleaned up, and he did his best at trying to make two technologically inept older women understand how to get the app on their phones to view the new system and did so in a very helpful and patient way.  If I ever need any additional electrical work, I know whom to call.  I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for friendly qualified electricians at a very reasonable price.

Very happy with the prompt and professional installation and follow up.  Contacted several companies about installation and got six to ten months before they could secure a generator.  One month for Knight Electric to installation.  Follow up support excellent.  Would 100% recommend them.

A friend recommended that I call to get an estimate for several projects that I needed done around my home. I called and spoke to a lady who promised me that someone would return my call to answer a few questions. No one returned my call. I called again and left a voicemail. No one retuned my call. I figured I would try one more time and I was able to speak with a gentleman who answered my questions. I scheduled a time for an estimate - they were a No Call - No Show. I have read a lot of reviews and I was looking forward to working with them, but I guess it's not meant to be. I am sure they would have done great work if they would have ever made it to my home, so that is why I will give 2 stars instead of 1.
