  Our furnace stopped the day before a large snowstorm. It was Saturday, so we called the emergency number. Dustin responded quickly and arrived within an hour. He diagnosed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately the fan motor was out and he could not get the part. I called Jessica first thing Monday morning. She located the part and called back within 2 hours. Colin was our service person. He had to work overtime and got here in the snowy dark down our narrow dirt road. Worked for about 90 minutes and we were warm and cozy that night. This team was great. Courteous, clean, responsive with good communication. Highly recommended.

  Excellent company with excellent customer service. I have had several techs over the last 11 years using this company and they are all very clean and professional, always wearing the boot covers when in your home. The best tech I’ve seen is Dustin who is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. You can tell he is experienced and I trust him completely. I always recommend Duct Rite Mechanical as they have installed my Trane heat pumps and kept them on top condition for over a decade!

  We are so happy to have selected Duct-Rite to replace our 35 plus year old heat pump system and duct work. They were not the lowest bid that we got for a replacement system, but they seemed to be the most honest and trustworthy. They did indeed go the extra mile to make sure the system worked perfectly and that we were completely satisfied. Our home, like the other homes in our neighborhood, was originally designed to be heated and cooled with two separate systems. It was a challenge to change to a single system. Our other neighbors who replaced their heat pumps using different companies are all dissatisfied with their new hear pump systems. So we were very apprehensive about changing our original system, even though it was really old and salvaging it was not longer possible. After the new system was installed, they encouraged us to contact them if we had any questions or concerns. We called them several times to make adjustments to the baffles in the duct-work to make sure every room in the house was heating and cooling properly. We never got the impression that they were tired of hearing from us. They were always more interested in making sure that the system was working well and that we were comfortable in our home. All the employees with Duct-Rite work efficiently, and are friendly and professional. They listen carefully to our concerns and do everything they can to make sure that we are happy with the end result. We have a regular seasonal maintenance agreement with them, and we are very happy with the system and the maintenance program. Highly recommended.
