  Had new plumbing ran, i told them i wanted to spend "around $500", they said they could try to and would work to $500 then see where we are. They never did that and i got a bill for almost $2000. When i questioned it, they acted as if they knew nothing of this, then they forgot to crimp a fitting resulting in water all over new OSB. But "it should be fine". My parents had a new furnace and ac put in, they sprayed coolant on the ground killing the grass, then a fuse blew in something, now the last few weeks that new furnace has been leaking all over the floor from AC condensation. Instead of putting a new condensation pipe in with the new furnace, they chose to use the old one which then plugged up. Mold under carpet but just told "it'll dry out and be fine". They are nice enough people but they are certainly lacking in ability or correcting an issue to the customers satisfaction.
