  Several years ago we called Lenny for a furnace problem at our lake home. He was prompt and kind and very reasonable in his pricing. We called on him for service on several occasions thereafter and thought we had a good relationship.Then, about three years ago we thought we should update the furnace and get a\c which had been out of order for a number of years. We also ordered a new water heater. I prepared the area where he would work and left a key, but he never showed and didn't phone. We thought he would eventually get back to us but of course by now we've given up hope. We hope he is well but we're still very puzzled. The behavior seemed so out of character. Knock on wood that the furnace and water heater are still working but I'm now researching hvac contractors in the area because they're over 30 years old and can't last forever.

  I called Lenny after literally being blown off by two other local HVAC contractors. Because of the delay, I had actually started to diagnose the issue myself and called Lenny merely looking for a replacement part. He was very quick to point out that I may have condemned said part too early and that I should try several other tests before actually replacing it. Low and behold, one of the few tests that Lenny suggested completely cured the issue. No need for a new part and no immediate need for a costly service call. I am so very impressed that a service guy would literally walk me thru diagnostic steps over the phone. Without a doubt, I have found my new HVAC guy.
