  Called today trying to just source a blower motor for my hvac at home, spoke to a rep and was told it was nearby so I asked them to place the item on hold for me to pick up. I get a phone call 5 minutes later from my installer saying he won’t come install the new blower unit because Lennox told him I was lying to them on the phone about who I was. I proceed to contact Lennox back and they completely ignored the situation and claimed I was in the wrong for even calling in the first place because only dealers are allowed to buy through them when all I was trying to do was find the part ($380 through Lennox) all of which I was fully prepared to pay because it was recommended to use same lennox parts for the unit. After wasting my time for over an hour on the phone with Lennox and the Installer that bailed on me I am left with a broken ac unit. The company is rude and when I called them out on their BS they just keep giving you the runaround. I highly recommend to stay away from this place they are not only rude they are also price gouging I found the same motor in garner at Johnston supply for $100 less no bs from them and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

  Great service, quick on the phone, always get the numbers right, no problems with credits and returns, always has it when they say they have it. Is there more? Well one thing, Jordan is an asset, a perfect parts partner. Fast and efficient. Thank you Sir.

  Very disappointed in this company! My HVAC ordered a replacement part FIVE days ago & when he went to pick it up today they would not give it to him. He was told to call the Warranty Dept. & he did 5x & no one would answer. My house is about 85 degrees! I had to call main office in TX to straighten out! Was on hold over a half hour! Basically this Raleigh location "lost" my information! Another no sleep night cause they are closed now. Should have bought a Trane or Carrier! Will Always remember :(
